Matrimonial & Family Law Although predominantly a business law practice, OLN has a highly regarded Matrimonial and Family Law practice. Set up by Stephen Peaker in 2000 when he joined the firm, the Matrimonial and Family Law practice quickly expanded with Paul Firmin joining in 2002 and Pamy Kuo and Kenneth Yung in 2006 and 2008 respectively.
All members of OLN’s Matrimonial and Family Law practice are members of the Hong Kong Family Law Association (Stephen being a former Vice-President) and in accordance with the HKFLA’s Code of Conduct, are committed to a conciliatory and constructive approach, rather than a hostile or confrontational one.
Stephen Peaker is the head of the firm’s Matrimonial and Family Law practice. Stephen is a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers (“IAML”) and an Associate Member of the UK Solicitors Family Law Association (“Resolution”).
