BiographySteven is a qualified American Lawyer and Hong Kong Solicitor. He began practice in Washington DC where he specialized in commercial litigation and appellate matters. Upon relocating to Hong Kong in 1996, Steven moved into the Corporate/Commercial area.
Steven has broad experience with US, UK, PRC and HK-based firms, and served as Editor of the Hong Kong Lawyer – where he published a number of articles and worked closely with the Law Society, Bar and Judiciary of Hong Kong. Steven also acts as a Part-time Lecturer for the University of Hong Kong and City University of Hong Kong Faculty of Law in the areas of Commercial Law & Practice and Legal Research & Drafting.
Steven joined OLN’s Corporate/Commercial Group in September 2008 where his work concentrates on mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and technology media and communication law including matters such as licensing, distribution, outsourcing arrangements and service agreements.
