Biography
Elaine joined OLN as a patent engineer and trainee solicitor in 2010. She graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and a masters degree in Engineering (Computer and Information Technology). In addition, she obtained a Graduate Diploma in Law (CPE) from BPP Law College in London.
Elaine previously worked with a major telecommunication corporation in Hong Kong as a network engineer focusing on broadband network and applications development.
She also worked with two law firms in Hong Kong as a patent paralegal from 2005 to 2008.
She has experience in handling patent and design applications, including conducting patent and design searches, drafting patent specifications and advising clients on office actions of patent and design applications in different jurisdictions. |
