BiographyYuki Yang works at OLN’s Shanghai Office as an intellectual property lawyer and Patent Engineer. Her practice focuses on trademarks, copyright, patent, trade secret, repression of unfair competition and related intellectual property matters. She has extensive experience with patent prosecution and IP litigation.
Yuki Yang is a licensed lawyer in China. Before joining OLN, she worked at a major law firm in China handling IP litigation and also worked at a patent agent in China as Patent Engineer handling patent and drafting patent specifications in mechanical and electrical field.
Yuki is responsible for the client’s trade mark and patent portfolio at OLN.
Yuki earned her B.E. degree from North China Electric Power University, and obtained her JM degree from Fudan University. She practiced in major IP firms in Shanghai since 2007 before joining OLN Shanghai Office in January 2011. |
