Alfred is the head of the Private Client Group. Alfred assists high net-worth individuals (HNWIs) in handling their family wealth-related issues, such as contentious and non-contentious trust and probate, mental capacity, family office, amongst other wealth management matters.

On non-contentious side, Alfred acts as an administrator in international estate, and is appointed by Court as an administrator in estate disputes. Alfred also advises and assists professional administrators in estate administration.

On the contentious side, Alfred acts for parties in probate actions, seeking reliefs from propounding the Will to removing an executor/administrator. He also seeks Court directions for clients in estate administration, such as disclosure of account and declaratory relief.

With the full spectrum of experience in probate, Alfred can provide practical advice to a client’s estate planning, from a properly drafted will to a complex trust structure, with the aim of avoiding any potential pitfalls. His unique background and experience in probate sets him apart from other estate planning practitioners.

Alfred is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, a CEDR accredited Mediator, and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is also a Notary Public.
