Adam advises on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious legal and commercial issues, with a special emphasis on employment law in Hong Kong and the Asia Pacific region.

Adam qualified in London in 2004 and moved to Hong Kong to join OLN in 2008. Shortly thereafter he qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong. In 2012 Adam joined a global firm where he was promoted to co-head the Hong Kong employment law practice and regularly acted for major global corporations, financial institutions and senior executives. Adam re-joined OLN in May 2014.

Adam advises both employers and employees in connection with a wide range of issue including large scale and cross border terminations, employee transfers and team moves, compensation and benefits, protection of trade secrets and confidential information, corporate transaction support, use of contingent workers and independent contractors, discrimination, business immigration, data privacy and shareholder disputes.
