Vera was admitted as a Solicitor in Hong Kong in 1998. She has advised and assisted clients on all intellectual property matters involving patents, designs, copyright, trade marks, Internet, infringement, and anti-counterfeiting matters.
Vera serves on the Asia-Pacific Subcommittee of the Legislation & Regulatory Analysis Committee for the International Trademark Association ("INTA"), and has served as liaison to INTA's China Subcommittee. Vera is a contributor to Butterworths Hong Kong English-Chinese Legal Dictionary and the Martindale-Hubbell International Law Digest, Hong Kong Intellectual Property Law, and also has given talks on intellectual property issues to diverse audience locally and worldwide.
Vera earned her LL.B. (Hons) from the University of Wales, Cardiff, and holds an LL.M. in Information Technology Law from the University of Hong Kong.
