Sharon Shen is a registered PRC lawyer in Hong Kong. Sharon specializes in direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and international trade regulations as they relate to China. She has represented Hong Kong, PRC, and Fortune 500 multinational corporations in various types of commercial transactions and her clients range from financial institutions, to real estate developers, to telecommunication service providers, to SMEs in the manufacturing and service sectors.

Sharon is a member of the Chinese Bar Association and is a frequent speaker on various China law issues.

Sharon obtained a diploma in law from Jiangsu University of China. She received a Graduate Certificate in Air and Space Law and an LLM degree from McGill University of Canada. Ms. Shen is a native of China who is fluent in Mandarin and several Chinese local dialects as well as being a fluent English speaker.
