Angela joined Oldham, Li & Nie in 2003. She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, UK (ICSA) and Associate Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Company Secretaries (ACS) and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration(BBA) degree and has over 13 years experience in corporate formation and administration, local and offshore, nominee arrangements, corporate restructuring and company liquidation.
