Alfred was admitted as a Solicitor in Hong Kong in 2000 and works in our Dispute Resolution Group. He was made a Partner in 2007.

 

Alfred advises clients on matters involving both civil and criminal litigations. He has a particular strength in general commercial litigation, including commercial fraud, theft, handling proceeds obtained from indictable offences, assets dissipations, breach of trust and confidence, breach of fiduciary duties by directors or employees and assets tracing. In this connection, Alfred routinely involves in obtaining urgent injunctive relief for his clients against assets dissipation worldwide and destruction of evidence (Mareva Injunctions and Anton Piller Order) and strategizes legal solutions with the synergy of his extensive civil and criminal experiences.

 

Alfred is also a seasoned practitioner in probate and estate planning.

 

Alfred obtained his LL.B. (Hons) from the University of Hong Kong and holds an LL.M. in Maritime Law from the University of London.

 

Alfred speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
